1. Secretariat

Under the leadership of the secretary general, be responsible for the daily operation and management of the League, including coordinating the daily work of each functional department and serving the member schools, making the work plan, planning the large-scale activities, expanding the resources, managing national school league website , and promoting the key projects and large-scale activities.

2. Event Management Department

Be responsible for construction of the robot sports competition system, formulating robot sports competition rules for all kinds of schools at all levels, establishing the list of robot competition items, offering pre-competition training for competitors, coaches and referees, and cooperating with the fund management department to make the fund plan for all kinds of robot sports meetings at all levels.

3. Basic Education

Be responsible for compiling and revising robot curriculum outline and level certification system of primary and secondary schools, preparing primary and secondary school robot teaching materials, carrying out robot skill training and level examination, and cooperating with the exchange center to select students from primary and secondary schools to participate in domestic and foreign exchange activities.

4.Vocational Education Department

Be responsible for compiling and revising vocational skill training outline and level certification system, preparing relevant teaching materials, organizing all kinds of skill competitions at all levels, carrying out vocational skill training and relevant level examinations, and cooperating with the exchange center in selecting students from vocational colleges to participate in advanced study and training abroad project and long-term study abroad project.

5. Higher Education Department

Focus on the long standing issues of school quality education, actively innovate education theory and quality education theory, direct and propel practice and innovation of robot quality education in primary and secondary schools. Prepare teaching materials related to robot engineering and artificial intelligence, and hold Robot and AI Innovation Design Competition in colleges and universities.

6. Text Book Editing and Review Department

Be responsible for coordinating with the basic education department, vocational education department and higher education department to organize experts to carry out overall planning and top-level design of all kinds of robot teaching materials at all levels, and for planning, compilation, revision, review and selection of all kinds of teaching materials at all levels.

7. Fund Management Department

Be responsible for the daily management of robot education fund and robot sports fund (hereinafter referred to as the “fund”), including proposing the quota allocation scheme of robot education fund for projects such as teaching grants, scholarships, bursaries, contribution awards, various sports meetings at all levels, state-supporting oversea study, advanced study and training abroad, characteristic schools and demonstration schools etc., and organizing the application and acceptance of various fund projects.

8. Exchange Center

Be responsible for the daily management of China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities, as well as the non-governmental diplomatic work of projects such as: short-term study abroad at public expense, short-term study abroad at one’s own expense, advanced study and training abroad, study abroad, etc.. Around the United Nations “Every Woman, Every Child” Strategy in China, actively carry out various related work among the members of the League.

9. Certification Center

Around new knowledge, new occupation, new technology and new skills of robot, carry out skill qualification certification, skill training, professional quality evaluation, professional ability and comprehensive ability testing, appraisal and certification. To promote robot education, training and related competitions by skill qualification certification.

10. Equipment Testing Center

Responsible for selecting suitable equipment according to the requirements of robot teaching and competition, formulating equipment testing standards, managing equipment testing centers around the country, and undertaking equipment access testing and certificating work.
