    日本直通新干线项目概况、优势、政策简介:
    一、凡参加日本直通新干线高专联盟(51所独立高等专科院校)及部分大学(城西国际大学、樱美林大学)的中国留学生仅需参加学校考试,无需参加日本留学生考试环节。在日本高专学校完成学业后的中国留学生,可以获得准学士学位,并可通过继续深造,获得相关院校学士、大学院修士、博士等学位,成为具有实践性和创造性的技术人员、研究人员。
    二、凡参加日本直通新干线高专联盟(51所独立高等专科院校)的中国留学生可享受由日本政府提供的高等学校就学支援金118,800日元(此笔费用自动从学费中扣除)。
    三、凡参加日本直通新干线的中国留学生可学习由亚洲太平洋教育创新联合会提供的线上线下日语教学课程,有效提升日语水平,满足留学需要。
    四、凡参加日本直通新干线的中国留学生可享受留学前、留学中、留学后的一站式服务。本项目与亚洲太平洋教育创新联合会战略策略合作,由其负责以上相关工作。
    五、凡参加日本直通新干线服务类专门学校介护福祉专业的中国学生,可享受日本国厚生省最高160万日元专项免还助学贷款待遇,条件是毕业后需在日本当地工作满五年。此专业在日本具有强力的就业优势,就业率100%,由日方负责安排相关专业工作,此项工作由亚洲太平洋教育创新联合会负责。
    中国留学生可考取日本康复师资格证书,或工作满五年自动获得日本康复师资格证书。

    Brief introduction of Studying in Japan Project, its overview, advantage and policies:
    I. All Chinese students who take part in the Studying in Japan Kosen Association (51 independent colleges) and some universities (Shironishi International University, Sakurai Merrill University) only need to take the school examination rather than the oversea students examination in Japan. Chinese students who have completed their studies in Japanese Kosen Colleges can obtain an Associate Degree, and through further study, they can obtain Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and even Doctor Degree from relevant colleges and universities, and become practical and creative technicians and researchers.
    II. Chinese students who participate in the Studying in Japan Project Kosen Association (51 independent colleges) can enjoy the Support Fund of 118,800 Yen provided by the Japanese government (this fee is automatically deducted from the tuition fee).
    III.Chinese students who participate in the Studying in Japan Project can learn the online and offline Japanese Courses provided by the Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association, so as to effectively improve the Japanese level and meet the needs of studying abroad.
    IV.All Chinese students who participate in Studying in Japan Project can enjoy one-stop service(before, in-process and after). The project cooperator, Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association, is responsible for the above related work.
    V.All Chinese students who participate in the nursing and welfare program of Studying in Japan Service Vocational Schools can enjoy the special student loan free repayment of up to 1.6 million yen from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan, provided that they have to work in Japan for five years after graduation.This major has a strong employment advantage in Japan, with an employment rate of 100%.     遵循中国国际青少年机器人交流活动的宗旨,围绕我国学生赴日留学通过日本直通新干线项目,与日方通过线上会议方式进行了两国教育政策、学制、学费、专业、职业、就业等留学业务工作进行了专业权威、坦诚真实、客观透明的交流沟通、陈述、功能介绍、办学情况介绍及学校历史。
    本次会议由工委交流中心、亚洲太平洋教育创新联合会、公益财团法人国际青少年研修协会等两国权威机构主导主办,由两国拟开展留学业务的学校直接在会议上交流、介绍,相互谈各自的优势和需求,旨在满足两个学校、两国学生学习的需要、成长的需要。本次会议牡丹江市职业教育中心学校会前计划参加师生20余人,在会议召开之际参会师生超出预期计划10倍以上,超过200多人。彰显此次会议的重大效果,重大影响力。

In 28th, leaders from the exchange center of the working committee, northeast region liaison office, Mufanjiang liaison office; Heilongjiang Robot Sports Association; Mudanjiang Vocational Education Center School; Japan Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, International Youth Association of Japan K.S.K.K attended the on-line meeting from 8 venues: Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin, Mudanjiang, Tokyo, Beppu City/Oita Prefecture, which is a high effective meeting of cooperation between China and Japan in Shinkansen Directly Study in Japan Project.
    Following the purpose of China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities, centering on the Chinese student studying in Japan Project , by this on-line meeting, issues as the educational policies, school system, school running, school history, tuition, specialty, profession, employment etc. were authoritatively, honestly, objectively stated and introduced.
    The conference was hosted by the exchange center of the working committee, the Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association, International Youth Association of Japan K.S.K.K and other authoritative institutions of the two countries. Chinese and Japanese schools planning to carry out studying in Japan project communicated with each other to introduce their own advantages and needs, so as to satisfy the learning and growth needs of the students and schools from both sides. In the original plan, 20 students and teachers would attend the meeting, but more than 10 times - 200 people have attended the meeting, which highlights the significant effect and influence of this meeting.

The meeting is facing to the majority of students in China, by which the Chinese students willing to study and train in Japan could fully learn the advantage and characteristic of the Shinkansen Program, clearing direction and laying solid foundation for them to study in Japan.
